New Hope Foundation Gift Shop
This notice discloses the shipping policy of New Hope Foundation Gift Shop (https://gifts.newhope.foundation). We provide this notice to explain our practices for shipping, tracking, customs duties, and missing or damaged items. This policy will be updated periodically as needed.
Shipping
We offer low-rate standard shipping worldwide and, in some delivery locations, expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. If expedited shipping is available for your location, it will be listed as an option during checkout.
Tracking
All shipments will have tracking information. When an item is shipped, an email will be sent to you that contains tracking for the package. Some orders might be divided into more than one shipment. You will receive a separate email with tracking for each shipment.
Customs Duties
Some international deliveries require additional customs duties, import taxes, and other fees before an item is delivered to the final destination. Although we wish we could include such fees in the total cost of the purchase, we are not able to accurately determine these. You will be responsible for these latter incurred fees.
Missing or Damaged Items
If you do not receive your package or have missing or damaged items, please contact us right away at giftshop@newhope.foundation.
